How do I move to a new phone?

Settings → Backup → Export gives you a ZIP file. On the new phone — Android or iPhone — Settings → Backup → Import brings your whole home back.

I bought the unlock — where is it?

Settings → SpickSpan, forever → Restore purchases signs the unlock back in with the store you bought it from.

The morning digest doesn’t arrive.

Check that the digest is switched on in Settings, and that SpickSpan is allowed to send notifications in your system settings. The digest only speaks up when something is actually thirsty — a quiet morning can simply mean a happy home.

A share link won’t open.

With the app installed, share links open straight in SpickSpan; without it, this website shows the chore. If a link shows nothing readable, ask the sender for a fresh one — no harm done.
